After years of working with global leaders in high-pressure environments, our founder witnessed the hidden cost of burnout and disconnection.

The Wellnest Collective was created to bring more humanity back into the workplace: building healthier cultures through leadership, employee wellbeing, and trauma-informed design.

    With 15+ years of global corporate experience working with royal families, icons, and industry leaders, Christina transformed her own burnout into a mission of healing and service.

    As founder of The Wellnest Collective and co-owner of Mind You, she bridges strategy and soul, specializing in trauma-informed care, polarity, and workplace well-being.
