    With 15+ years of global corporate experience working with royal families, icons, and industry leaders, Christina transformed her own burnout into a mission of healing and service.

    As founder of The Wellnest Collective and co-owner of Mind You, she bridges strategy and soul, specializing in trauma-informed care, polarity, and workplace well-being.

    Elle is a globally experienced facilitator, coach, and somatic practitioner who has led transformative experiences in 100+ countries, blending science, ancient wisdom, and the arts.

    As founder of Fuel to Flourish and co-owner of The Wellnest Collective, she empowers people and organizations to heal, reconnect, and thrive through trauma-informed, integrative mind-body practices.
